Visa
  • Passport should be valid for atleast on month from the date of travel.
  • Minimum 02 blank pages are required for visas & stamping purposes. If you're holding a US passport you will need to have 02 blank pages for stamping.
  • Kindly note that although time taken to obtain South African visas is 07 working days (Mon to Mon) due to the back load, consulate takes longer time than usual to dispatch passport with necessary visas. Until All documents are not received by our visa team. cases are not processed to the consulate (via VFS), we urge you to submit for visas as early as you can (35-45 days prior to the departure). Cancellations to the passengers do apply even if the passports & visas don't receive on time from the consulate.
  • 4 x Passport size colour photographs (35 X 45 White background Matt Finish, 80% Face image. It should be without Specs, Sunglasses hat & cap Scanned & colour photocopies would NOT be accepted. Ears should be clearly visible, Lips should be closed)
  • Original covering letter on company letter head letter signed by the applicant with name, designation & landline number and travel dates. (It should clearly mention who will bear the expenses of the trip)
  • NOC or leave letter from employer clearly mentioning the details of the applicant and the dates of travel. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details (Landline number) of authorized signature's name, designation and signature.
  • Marriage certificates & 2 engagement photos, where applicable.
  • Notarized letter of consent for minors (below 18 years of age) traveling alone or with one of the parents, and a full birth certificate.
IMPORTANT NOTES RELATED TO VISAS
  • Visa issuance is sole responsibility of South Africa Consulate; Anuga Travel & Tours is not responsible for any rejection/refusal or delay in visa.
  • Passengers have to pay for the date change penalty along with the fare difference for shifting to next departure due to delay of the Visa from the South African Consulate (Kindly check with respective Sales Person for the same)
  • South African consulate are very much particular about passengers signature, if passengers signature does not match with passport, they may call for personal appearance at the South African Consulate, Mumbai.
  • Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. If necessary, you may be requested to bring additional documents or to appear for a personal interview as per the details received from the Consular General of South Africa

BOOKING POLICY

  • At the time of Confirmation, booking amount of INR 50, 000/-Per person will be required along with passport copies.

  • Remaining balance amount is to be paid 45 days prior to the departure.

  • Rate of Exchange will be calculated on the final payment day as per the rate applicable on that day.

  • Failure to make final payment on due date will result in cancellation of reservations, forfeiture of deposits and will result in cancellation fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY


  • Booking amount shall be non-refundable.

  • 31-45 Days from date of departure - 50% of Package Cost.

  • 30 Days and below from date departure - 100% of Package Cost..

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to Africa Incoming. In certain cases more strict cancellation conditions apply to e.g. Game lodges, luxury lodges & villas. Travel arrangements in these cases are Subject to booking conditions and cancellation provisions of the supplier.


TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 12 full paying passengers traveling together. In the event that the group size is less than 12 passengers you will be given an option of traveling on another departure date.

  • Guests should be punctual on the tour, our friendly tour leaders shall wait till specific given time, in case if the passengers are late they will have to make their own way to the next stop.

  • In case if there are any surcharge applicable for the required dates, we'll be able to advise the same only at the time of confirmation

  • If above mentioned Hotels are not available same category Hotels will be provided, in case of non-availability of same alternate will be informed then.

  • Rates provided are net & non commissionable.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. fuel increases, ROE fluctuation if payments being made in INR government regulations, etc.

  • All Bank Charges will be borne by the remitter (you).

  • Times on itineraries provided and/or guide instructions have to be adhered too. Suppliers and us cannot be held responsible if passengers do not adhere to such timings/instructions.

  • Depending on flight arrival times, traffic holdups outside of our control or delays caused by clients not adhering to set departure times, it might not be possible to fit in certain visits, in which case the transport section (and in some cases also the entrance fees) will not be refundable.

  • Individual suppliers' terms & conditions have to be adhered to and will be provided at the time of booking

  • The rates quoted are always subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in bed levies, airfares, park fees, fuel, sales tax or VAT, Third Party Services, exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control for services featured in this quote.

  • Its is important to notice that various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding deposits, payments, and cancellation fees and/or refunds from time to time. All reservations will be subject to these additional conditions.

  • All/any expenses passengers might incur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, etc. are for their own account. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. We merely act as service broker and does not accept any liability.

  • We will under no circumstances be liable for any claim whatsoever, unless such claim is due to the gross negligence of the Operator and such claim is lodged in writing with us within 30 (thirty) days after the end of the tour program. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • Vehicle types (same as accommodation) are subject to availability and may be changed during the course of the tour for other similar vehicle categories without guaranteeing any specific model or make; requests for a specific make or model may result in surcharges

  • Requests for vehicle use over and above the specified hours or use after completion of the indicated half-or full-day allocation will result in surcharges

  • From time to time,  certain tourist attractions such a Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, Gold Reef City's underground mine tour or Sun City's Valley of the Waves may close for annual maintenance, private functions or other reasons, which might not be known to us at the time of quoting.

  • Certain tourist attractions or museums might be closed on certain days of the week or on public or religious holidays, such as Easter, Christmas or New Year; we will endeavour to inform you if we are aware of it beforehand, but cannot be held liable if we were not aware of a closure

  • Accommodation at Sun City is based on Twin Rooms; should guaranteed Double Rooms be required, a supplementary cost will apply.

  • All hotels are based availabilities at the time of booking. If a particular hotel mentioned above is not available, we will book another hotel of a similar category and standard

  • Indian meals cannnot always be guaranteed, as all towns don't necessarily have Indian restaurants, or there might be a very limited selection of Indian restaurants or the required type of Indian cuisine (e.g. Northern vs. Southern Indian dishes) might not be on offer

  • Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. Please advise your clients accordingly, as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late, the tour or transfer will depart without client, no refunds will be provided and alternative arrangements will be an extra cost directly to the client

  • All transfers quoted are 'direct' transfers - any stops or deviations en route will attract a supplementary cost

  • At most hotel check-in times is after14h00 and check-out time by 11hoo latest. If necessary, we will request an early check-in or late check-out, buty this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
